What is the typical shipping time for equipment and supplies?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and the weight of the equipment.
Do you offer a warranty on sausage stuffers and meat grinders?
Yes, all our heavy-duty machinery comes with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical failures under normal home use.
Can I return seasonings or collagen casings if I change my mind?
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or tampered food products, including spices, cures, and casings. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days.
How should I store my natural casings to ensure they stay fresh?
Natural casings should be kept refrigerated in their original salt brine. When stored properly between 36°F and 40°F, they can last up to a year.
Do you provide international shipping for your home processing kits?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their local government.
