#8 Small Electric Meat Grinder PRO grinders have consistent power and quality in the semi-commercial class. This powerful meat grinder has a permanently lubricated, air-cooled motor. The driving steel gears deliver continuous, highly efficient output. This medium-duty grinder can handle up to 5-10 lb. of meat per minute. For optimal grinding results, the meat should be chilled to 32-34 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation. Meat Mixer Compatibility Connects easily to our VALLEY Tilting 50 lb Capacity Meat Mixer. Built-In Storage Drawer The electrical meat grinder features a convenient built-in storage drawer. Perfect for storing your grinder plates and knives.
