At The Sausage Maker, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and supplies; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unused item in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included to ensure a safe transit and full credit eligibility.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a traceable carrier like UPS or FedEx to our Buffalo, NY facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
